I grew up in Portugal and studied computer engineering at Universidade Nova de Lisboa – Faculdade de Ciências e Tecnologia.
My work was on different environments, from corporate to freelancing or startup companies you name it. I specialized on the LAMP stack and my first contact with PHP was back in 2000, using PHP 3 and later on PHP 4 (PHP releases history) .
Around 2009 i finished the CSM (Certified Scrum Master) and an Executive MBA in Project Management that would help me to get better control on project management.
I am actually married with a lovely wife and father of 2 boys.

Hello Jose,
I’m a guy from Stackoverflow you commented on my question recently – https://stackoverflow.com/questions/50319581/cant-add-to-args-get-value-conditionally-wordpress – sorry for bothering you, but I’m really struggling even to have theoretical idea what can be wrong. I commented you a bit as well, maybe you could throw me some possible problems why can’t I access $_GET inside the function which is hooked into init() of the class? 🙁
Cheers
Hi Jose,
Thank you for the Menu Obsfucator plugin. I’m a big fan, and use it constantly for my clients. I wanted to let you know about a bug I found recently… It looks like you cannot access the plugin settings when the website is running under a sub-directory (not the root directory of the TLD). For example, if the WordPress URL is http://example.com/directory/wp-admin/ then the settings page for the plugin will not show. Hope this helps!
Hi Sam,
Sorry for the late reply. I am building a new version of the plugin, and will fix this reported issue.
Thank you for your support
Best
Jose
